Mount Agung Sunrise: a 22:30 Pick-Up and Four Hours to the Summit

The night starts at 22:30, when the pick-up reaches your hotel, and the drive to the starting point follows. The climb takes four to four and a half hours to the top, which is why the operator asks for a good level of fitness rather than hoping for it. Agung is the highest volcano in Bali and the most sacred, and neither of those facts makes the walk shorter. An experienced local guide leads it. Breakfast comes with the booking.
