This one leaves from Puerto de la Cruz and runs the circuit in a different order from the trips that start in the south. Teide National Park comes first, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2007, where the rock formations were made by lava off a peak of 3,718 metres (over 12,000 feet), the highest in Spain. After the park the road goes through Santiago del Teide towards Masca, in among the mountains, where the story attached to the valley is that pirates hid what they had taken in it. Garachico is next, known for its volcanic pools and for the Canarian architecture that survived. Lunch is free time, in the Ycoden Daute Isora area, with restaurants recommended if you want them. Icod de los Vinos closes the day, and its dragon tree, which is the emblem of the island. Pick-up is from hotels and set points around Puerto de la Cruz. The exact time and place arrive by email once the booking is made.
