Teide by Electric Mountain Bike, Lava Trails and Pine Forest
An electric mountain bike does the climbing for you, which is what puts this part of the island within reach of most riders. The trails run over old lava and through the pine forest, with the Teide volcano in sight for much of it. The groups are small, the guides are local, and the bikes are the good kind. There are two places to start and you choose when you book: the Xplore Tenerife office in Los Cristianos at 8:45, or Caserío Los Partidos at El Tanque at 9:45. The ride begins and ends at whichever you pick, and parking there is easy.
What's included
