Private Ubud Day: Tegalalang, the Jungle Swing, Sebatu's Koi Temple and Batur
A private day out of Ubud built round five stops, none of which is a shop. Tegalalang comes first, with a short walk through the terraces while the farmers are working them. The jungle swing is next, hung over a valley with jungle on one side and rice fields on the other. Gunung Kawi Sebatu is the quiet part. The temple sits on the hill above Sebatu village, green all around it, with clear ponds full of koi. Lunch is a buffet at a restaurant looking across Mount Batur and its lake, up where the mountain air is cool. Tegenungan closes the day: a heavy fall of fresh mountain water into the river below. The tour is private, so the car and the guide work for your group alone. Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund.
