Built for people staying in the metropolitan area, or arriving on a cruise ship for the day. The operator has been running these since 2013 and adapts both the route and the price to what is asked for, with enough time at each stop to hear what is in front of you before anyone moves on. The tour can be customised further, and that request is quoted separately from the price first shown. Two things are also priced apart: going up in the cable car, and eating in a local restaurant rather than one aimed at tourists. The route takes in Teide National Park and, just as much, everything on the way in and out of it. La Laguna and Santa Cruz are part of the day. One condition applies to cruise bookings. Because a ship's date cannot be moved, up to three separate bookings may be joined into one departure, with the amount adjusted for the final number of participants. The group never goes above 15, which is what keeps it a private route rather than a coach one.
