Batur Sunset Jeep from 13:00: Two Hours at the Mid-Mountain Viewpoint

An afternoon alternative for anyone who will not get up at two in the morning. Pick-up runs between 13:00 and 14:00 depending on where you are staying in Bali, and the jeep is back in the evening. One thing to know before booking: the viewpoint is not the summit. It sits partway up the mountain, and in some months the sun goes down behind the mountain itself, so the sunset is not always visible from there. In other months it is, and clearly.
