Batur Sunrise Jeep with a Package to Pick: Hot Spring, Waterfall, Swing or ATV

The sunrise part is fixed: a classic 4WD jeep drives you up, breakfast and a hot drink are taken sitting on its roof at 1,365 m, and once the light is up the jeep works across the black lava fields with the caldera, the lake and the cone around you. No walking is needed for any of it, and the black sand out there is what the 1963 eruption left. What changes is what you bolt onto it, and the packages are named rather than vague. The hot spring package takes you to the Batur Natural Hot Spring afterwards.
