SantoriniDiscover Scuba Diving is the short way into breathing underwater, for people who have never done it. A quick introduction rather than a course. The part most divers remember afterwards is the weightlessness. Underwater you move up, down and sideways with the same effort, in three dimensions, which the body does not get to do anywhere else. The dive is in the caldera of the Santorini volcano, off Caldera Beach at Akrotiri.

Caldera beach at Akrotiri can be reached by car, and there is a parking area down by the tavern. By bus, take the 08:30 from Fira bus station to Akrotiri, get off at the Kokkinos Villas stop and walk down to the beach. Send first name, height, weight and shoe size beforehand.
