Sao MiguelCoasteering is the coastline taken at sea level: swimming between the rocks, climbing out of the water, and jumping back into it. This one runs on the south coast of São Miguel, at Caloura, where the rock formations are volcanic and the water is clear enough to see what you are jumping into. It suits almost all ages, families and groups of friends alike, and how far anyone pushes it is their own decision. Experienced guides supervise throughout.
