Batur 4WD Jeep over the 1843 and 1963 Lava, with a Kintamani Hot Spring

Pick-up is at the hotel and the jeep goes straight up to the Kintamani area, where the sunrise is watched from below the summit rather than on it. The drive crosses two fields of frozen lava, and they are not the same age: one was left by the eruption of 1843, the other by 1963. Around them is Kintamani's farming country, which is unusual ground to be farming at all. After breakfast the morning ends with one to two hours in a natural hot spring in Kintamani, then the drive back to the hotel. Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund.
