La FortunaTwo machines and two surfaces: a raft for the river, a quad for the ground. The operator sells it on the variety, and that is the honest description of it. Different gear for each half, and scenery that changes completely between the two, because a river shows you the banks and a trail shows you the hills above them. It works for families and for couples, which is another way of saying that neither half asks for previous experience. The main office is upstairs at the Lava Rocks Restaurant, next to the church in La Fortuna.
