Coffee with the Grower Below the Agua Volcano, in an Open Car
The car is open, which changes the drive out of Antigua more than it sounds: you are in the air the whole way, not behind glass. The coffee stop is not a visitor centre. It is a local grower's own operation, in one of the communities the coffee world knows by name, on the ground below the Agua volcano. The work is explained by the person who does it: how the planting is done, and how the crop moves on from there. The coffee at the end is artisan, made on the spot. Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund.
